This function sets the current action's test state to true if the selected files are linked.
When All is selected, the action test state will be set to true if all the selected files are linked, otherwise it will be set to false.
When Any is selected, the action test state will be set to true if any of the selected files are linked, otherwise it will be set to false.
When executing Grouped, the All-Any setting has no effect.
