Qoobar downloading and installing

Linux

The Qoobar project now uses openSUSE Build Service to build its packages. So it is much easier now to install Qoobar if you have one of the following systems:

The latest version can be downloaded from openSUSE software search:

  1. Type qoobar in the search line
  2. Click (search options) and check Include user's home projects
  3. Choose your system type and click Search.
  4. Choose the right architecture and download the package.

If you are using one of SUSE systems, feel free to use 1-Click Install.

Windows

Windows users can download the full 32-bit installer qoobar-.exe from .

Mac OS X

Mac version of Qoobar can be downloaded from .

OS/2

There is also an OS/2 version of Qoobar, maintained by Paul Smedley, you can download it from http://os2ports.smedley.info/index.php?page=qoobar.

The Qoobar 1.5.0 package was build by Elbert Pol: ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/qtapps/qoobar-1.5.0-os2.zip.

Building Qoobar manually

The source files archive contains development files of TagLib, they are needed only for building Qoobar in Windows. If you want to use newer versions, replace corresponding files.

The source files archive also contains modified sources of Monkey's Audio 4.06 SDK.
